Non-Returnable Items

All items purchased on Red Lotus Stories are customized and made-to-order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Since each item is made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at connect@redlotusstories.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or other suitable solution.
