1) About Red Lotus Stories

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website redlotusstories.com (the “Site”), mobile experiences, and any services or purchases offered by [Legal Entity Name] (“Red Lotus Stories,” “we,” “us,” “our”). 3) Products, Artwork & Handmade Variations

• Our products are handcrafted and may exhibit minor variations in color, texture, pattern, or measurements. Such natural variations are not defects.
  

• Due to screen settings and photography, colors may appear slightly different in person.
  

• Care instructions are provided with products; damage from improper care or use is not covered.
  

4) Pricing, Taxes & Availability

• We may change prices, offers, and product availability without notice.
  

• In case of a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or refuse an order; if charged, you’ll receive a prompt refund.
  

5) Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept only when we send an order confirmation email and/or dispatch the item(s).
  

• We may cancel an order due to limited stock, quality check issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to deliver.
  

• Please review your order details (size, color, customization notes, address) carefully before payment.
  

6) Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Custom/personalized orders require your confirmation of design proofs (if provided). Delays in approval can extend timelines.
  

• Custom and personalized items are final sale (no returns or cancellations) except in case of verified manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  

7) Payments

• We accept [UPI / Credit & Debit Cards / NetBanking / Wallets / COD (if offered)] via third-party payment processors.
  

• By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that the payment information is accurate.
  

• We are not responsible for errors by third-party payment providers but will reasonably assist you in resolving issues.
  

8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• We ship to addresses within [India / selected international destinations]. Delivery estimates are indicated at checkout and in your order emails.
  

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to the carrier for certain international shipments).
  

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are your responsibility.
  

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• For eligible, non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within [7] days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
  

• Items marked Final Sale, Custom/Made-to-Order, Personalized, or Gift Cards are not returnable (except for manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within [48] hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video).
  

• To start a return, contact [support@redlotusstories.com] with your order number and reason; we’ll share next steps and pickup/return address.
  

• Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method after quality inspection. Shipping fees, duties, COD charges, and gift wrap are typically non-refundable.
  

10) User Content & Reviews

• If you post reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing (including social media), subject to our Privacy Policy.
  

• You warrant that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
  

11) Intellectual Property

• The Site, its content, product photography, designs, logos, text, graphics, and artwork are owned by Red Lotus Stories or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  

• Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork/designs. No commercial reproduction, resale of designs, or derivative creation is permitted without our prior written consent.
  

• You may not use our trademarks or artwork for any purpose without authorization.
  

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Site (e.g., hack, scrape, inject malware, disrupt service);
  

• copy, distribute, or frame Site content without permission;
  

• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activities;
  

• bypass security or access non-public areas;
  

• use automated means to access or interact with the Site beyond standard search engine indexing.
  

13) Third-Party Links & Tools

• The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.
  

• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
  

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Lotus Stories and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Lotus Stories from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

17) Compliance with Indian Law

We operate in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, as applicable.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be finally resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Ahmedabad, with proceedings in English. Each party shall bear its own costs; tribunal fees as directed by the arbitrator.
  

19) Communications & Marketing

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional messages regarding your orders. You may also opt-in to marketing communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp); you can unsubscribe at any time via the link or instructions provided.

20) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
